Went there for a birthday party on 1.20.2024 and it was embarrassing. The entire place had no heat. Everyone had coats on, after 20 minutes I asked the gentleman at the front if the heat was on....

Very dirty. All workers are teens who don't do their job. Only two do. Workers were staring at me and my friend for no reason making us uncomfortable. Needs BIG improvement.
