Hospice Buffalo is a Medicare-certified, hospice program serving more than 5,000 individuals annually. Licensed by the state of New York, the organization offers a wide range of services through interdisciplinary teams of health care professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, spiritual caregivers, bereavement counselors, volunteers and other specialists.
