Fastpitch Now offers softball players intensive training in windmill pitching, fielding and hitting. For girls looking to play at the top level and compete at their highest ability, this type of instruction is a must. Since 2004, the Fastpitch staff has been turning out the best softball players on Long Island, many of whom go on to play in Division I competitions. The training institute's athletic facilities are in Farmingdale, but its headquarters are located on Bayview Avenue in Massapequa.
