Hired Hands Moving Company is a division of Student Agencies, Inc. (SAI), America's oldest, independent, student-run organization. SAI's mission is two-fold: first it aims to provide educational, real-world experience in business management to Cornell undergraduates; second, it aims to provide valuable products and services to the Ithaca community by running financially sound businesses with exemplary customer service.Student Agencies, Inc. was founded in 1894 by Seth Higby, a student at Cornell University. Its first venture was a student laundry agency. SAI is now composed of six divisions and employs over 250 Cornell undergraduates annually.
