Hildebrandt's is an authentic, old fashioned, ice cream parlor, luncheonette and confectionery established in 1927. Featured on the Food Network's "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives with Guy Fieri" and in George Motz' book, "Hamburger America, the 100 Best Burger Joints in America", and named one of New York's "10 Best Burgers' in the NY Daily News, Hildebrandt's is 'the' Long Island destination for the best fresh burgers and hand-cut fries. So much more, though, than burgers, Hildebrandt's has been making home-made ice cream, hot fudge, butterscotch and candy since 1927.
