Shane began his fitness journey in the early 2000's when he joined the United States Navy. There he learned the meaning of hard work, discipline, and to never give up. He was in charge of ensuring all sailors meet or exceed the fitness readiness requirements set forth by the United States Navy. Upon leaving the Navy, Shane began training with his friend to learn all he could about health and fitness. Over time he started to feel gradually healthier, stronger, and happier about the way he looked. It was at that moment that he decided he wanted to
