Our ice cream is made from a custard which contains only milk, cream, eggs and sugar and hand selected ingredients to produce its flavor. We don't use pre-made mixes or bags of base mix and pour in the flavor. We let our custard steep with the ingredients to take on the natural flavor of the ingredients. No emulsifiers, stabilizer, or other additives are included We cook our custard from scratch and hand churn to keep the quality the highest possible as you would make it in your own kitchen. We then hand number each pint in batches which are no bigger than 3 gallons.
Specialties
Personalized labels on our pints and party cups for any occasion - Birthdays, weddings, corporate events or large parties. Our ice cream is made from scratch with only the best ingredients. We use Hudson Valley Fresh for out milk and cream and Abma Farms for our eggs. All of our ice cream is made 3 gallons at a time and we hand number each pint.
