The elevators are slow, and not enough for so many residents, so I often wait 10+ minutes for it to come. Also not maintained properly.

Mold and water damage is a common reoccurring issue because the pipes are 60 years old.

There are lots of floods! 2 of my neighbors said they have experienced 3 floods in less than 10 years, and Glenwood was AWFUL to deal with..

Elevators are almost always out of service because they were supposed to be replaced over a decade ago and weren't. Like everything else...
