Pomfret Community School is a coeducational elementary school that enrolls more than 550 students in prekindergarten through grade eight. Its academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as mathematics, social studies, science, computers, music, art and physical education. The school offers a range of after-school interscholastic and cocurricular activities. Its library stocks more than 25 magazines and periodicals, fiction and nonfiction books and other reference materials.
