The First Presbyterian Church of Mineola offers a variety of worship services led by Pastor Chester Easton. The contemporary service is at 8:30 a.m. Sundays and a traditional service at 10 a.m. It offers Bible study groups as well as service projects. Sunday School is at 10 a.m. The Little People Academy offers half-day programs for children ages 3–4. It helps children work on social and language development, motor abilities and group work skills. The class is led by Janine Mandera.
