At East Islip Jewelers we can source loose stones of all colors shapes, cuts grades and will color match missing stones to replace in jewelry where a stone has been lost. If you have a piece that requires custom reworking or an item of jewelry that has been badly damaged, we can work with our technician to restore the item to its original splendor. We believe that every repair job that leaves our store goes home with the customer looking like it did when it was first purchased. We’re not happy unless you are completely delighted. At East Islip Jewelers we encourage you to come in to have your rings checked every 3 to 6 months depending on the age of the item and the extent of wear. Every individual wears his or her jewelry differently, and for those individuals who never take off their wedding and engagement rings, its always comforting to have a jeweler periodically inspect the prongs of the diamond and to clean out any residue that can dull the appearance of the ring. Residue like calcium deposit from soap and hard water can abrade the table and facets of gemstones, so come in to East Islip Jewelers and have it cleaned and checked. This service is absolutely free!
