Bathroom switch... why would that be so dirty?

Lovely dirty view of windows never cleaned

I guess it rattled so the fix was to stuff toilet paper in it

The room was quite small so I tried to do a pano so you have a better idea of how much doesn't fit in the frame of a wide angle camera lens
