History

Farm.One was started inside the Institute of Culinary Education, New York's longest-running culinary school.

Specialties

Farm.One is an indoor farm growing rare herbs, edible flowers and microgreens for the best chefs in New York. We offer guided tasting tours with complimentary wine, and hydroponics classes for those interested in the science and technique of indoor farming.
