History
I began cooking many years ago upon noticing the high rates of preventable chronic illnesses such as diabetes, obesity and high blood pressure in America. Since I grew up in the Caribbean eating fresh, home cooked meals that were nourishing and abundant in minerals, I wanted to become an expert in wellness and health supportive cooking to share my knowledge and help people. Through my education at Matthew Kenney Culinary & Natural Gourmet Insitute - I've become a health chef creating a variety of meal plans, meal prep's, cooking classes, wellness retreats and nourishing a wide array of clients in the Bahamas, Los Angeles and New York City, supporting busy professionals in their individual wellness goals.
