HistoryJoe grew up interested in several sports. Starting with baseball and really falling in love with basketball. Once Joe began weight lifting at 16 years old he started to study movement. He realized he had an obsession with the way the body moves. Joe was constantly researching and working on ways to get his own body to move quicker, stronger, and prevent injuries. Fast forward into his 20's, Joe began personal training while also experiencing some of his own injuries. One particular injury of the shoulder came during lifting too heavy without a warmup. However, Joe began researching how to improve his shoulder. Before he knew it, Joe began attracting clients with shoulder injuries that wanted to workout. He found it to be very rewarding to help them continue weight lifting around their injuries. This led Joe to going back to school in 2007 to learn Massage Therapy and Acupuncture.
