Offering instruction to Little Neck youngsters from grades K-5, the stated mission at P.S. 94 is "to foster a collaboration among parents, students and staff to enrich the learning experience of each child." Located on a residential stretch of Little Neck Parkway, north of Northern Boulevard, the David D. Porter campus has a strong community feel. According to Little Neck's Department of Education, the school offers a Bronx Zoo Program, computerized instruction and violin lessons using the Suzuki teaching method. David D. Porter also participates in Math in the City, a program funded through the National Science Foundation.
