Zero. Almost 9 dollars for 3 pieces of ham and 2 pieces of cheese. Not a sandwich Empire. The ham was disgusting. The bagel wasn't even redeeming. No character whatsoever. How this place is busy...

The Dobbs Ferry Location advertises 10 vegan options - which they have none of. The gluten free bagels are stale and inedible. The staff is under trained.
