Elda arrived home on the day of the cleaning, shocked by the hefty rates but anxious to see the results, despite her desire to reclaim crucial free time. The end product was underwhelming. Elda was once again dissatisfied after booking a cleaning with another, even more, costly provider. They not only performed a bad job cleaning this time, but they also trapped his cat, Foof, in a bathroom without a litter box! Elda confided in a close friend, PATRICK, about his experiences.
