A new beauty concept, combining discipline and delight Darphin's immutable core belief that outward beauty emanates from inner balance and harmony of the body, mind and soul originated with company founding father, Pierre Darphin. He believed that a woman's skin is a mirror, reflecting her life. Genetic predispositions, lifestyle practices, mental state, chronological age, environmental exposures, beauty care choices... all are projected clearly on the "screen" of a woman's skin, which manifests her beauty based on her state of well-being. At the Darphin Institute, Pierre Darphin brought together leading experts from beauty and health-related disciplines: aromacologists, facialists, cosmetologists, massage therapists, manicure and pedicure experts. His interaction with clients followed a strict protocol.Extensive personal consultations, including a one-hour individual analysis, were mandatory before any treatments were decided. Typically, this analysis included a lifestyle review and analysis of skin (face and body) and hair. Individual analysis was followed by a customized recommendation of professional treatments, essential products and at-home regimes. Pierre Darphin's highly-regarded advice would include Beauty Institute treatments at regular intervals, supplemented by daily use of specific, targeted, formulas. Darphin's recommendations would also include lifestyle improvement actions and beneficial facial exercises (facial gym). Darphin's products were renowned for their transformational results.
