Parsons Child & Family Center is one of the largest multi-services agencies in the United State. Parsons has been operational for more than 50 years, and provides counseling services and parenting education, child abuse and neglect prevention and treatment, and family strengthening programs. The agency also provides early childhood family support, special education, youth development programs and mental health services. It serves more than 40 school districts and over 10,000 families and children. Parsons partners with families, schools, businesses, and other organizations, developing customized solutions. Approved by the Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services, the agency is a member of the Child Welfare League of America, National Child Traumatic Stress Network, New York State Children's Mental Health Coalition, and Council of Families and Child Caring Agencies.
