The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides professional assistance to help employees with problems. It is an employer-sponsored program that includes intervention strategies for both employers and employees. The program deals with human problems, such as marital, emotional, drug and alcohol abuse, and financial and legal. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offered at Jamestown, N.Y. The program is supported by the Family Service of the Chautauqua Region, which is a nonprofit, multilingual organization. The organization offers family and individual counseling, psychological testing and office-based therapies. It also supports a sex offender treatment program. In addition, it provides school-based mental health program that include parenting groups and conducts several workshops.
