Slightly unpredictable, but good service. I ordered a pair of Blundstones in a colorway not commonly stocked at any distributor in NY from this shop for almost $50 cheaper than Amazon and REI....

It's a shame because I want to support small business but they don't have any selection and tons of fees. This place is a rip off on restocking fees for unused items.

Horrendous return policy. They go by "Duane Shoes" on Amazon and should be avoided. Disappointing as I generally try and buy local.

Personalized service, great quality! Mostly men's shoes, but there are some women's styles available, mostly fashion boots and hiking boots. I bought a beautiful leather shoe by Eastland for $49.95!
