Community Maternity Services, also known as CMS, offers a range of social and community education solutions for the welfare of children and families. Established in 1971, it administers several community-based programs. The organization provides domestic healthy infant and international adoption programs. Community Maternity Services offers prevention case planning and pre-adoptive counseling solutions. It provides the Farano Families in Transition, which is a permanency planning program for families affected by HIV. The organization offers health education services on topics related to childbirth and sexually transmitted diseases. Community Maternity Services provides day care solutions for children up to the age of 5. It operates the Joyce Center, as well as offers early intervention and respite and foster care services.
