Former professional positions include President of both the National Auctioneers Association and the New York State Auctioneers Association, along with several prominent Board positions with major corporations such as Security Trust Corp, and Erie Niagara Insurance Assoc. and Liberty Pump Co. In addition, Harris Wilcox, Inc has conducted auctions for notable clients such as Five Star Bank, Home Leasing Corporation, The Federal Land Bank, and many others. Presently Harris is Chairman of the Board at Harris Wilcox Inc Harris's son Craig Wilcox is President and CEO of Harris Wilcox Inc Craig has worked full time in the real estate and auction business since 1967. He is a graduate of LEAD New York. Former professional positions include President of New York State Auctioneers Association, Chairman of the Genesee County United Way and Chairman of Genessee Regional Independent Living Center, Inc Craig is currently Chairman of Genesee Region Housing Initiative Committee and Board Member of the United Way. Craig's sons Brett and James along with Brett's son Cash round out the auction crew. Brett and Cash are auctioneers and James is the Sales Manager. Brett and Cash also sell 5 auto auctions weekly and run Bergen Sales Inc., an auto sales business. Harris Wilcox, Inc has evolved over the past decade to become identified with successful real property auctions across New York State. Presently, no other auction firm in Western New York State can claim a consistent sale/closure rate of 95% of real property sold at auction.
