Deb and Joe attended the Penn State Ice Cream manufacturing course, met with the Italian equipment vendors, and attended a chef's school in North Carolina. Then, we designed the building for you to easily view our processes, and we opened July 2, 2013. We have since added hot food, cold drinks, and our own hand-made chocolate and vanilla waffle cone recipes. We even have gluten-free cones for those who are interested.
