Chef Berm, an exceptionally talented chef with 10 years of experience in operations for the Sukhothai Hotel, a premier five-star hotel renowned for its best fine dining restaurant in Bangkok. After moving to the United States of America in 2004, he pursued another 12 years in various prestigious Thai restaurants around the country. During this time, he significantly improved and created countless unique Thai menu selection and presentation. His expertise is in numerous cooking techniques and cuisines, especially in true authentic Thai cuisine as only a handful of traditional Thai gastronome would know in 2016. He opened his first restaurant in Latham NY, which is established for its delightful Thai food and affable service. Starting with his first successful restaurant in Latham NY and now in 2019 adding a 2nd location in Schenectady. He has found a home here in New York with his wife Yaya and newest family member Kaya.
