Weird side bang that was cut that I never asked for

Side by side of my original color and after she apparently put unwanted "glaze" in my hair.

The first two photos are what my hair looked like when I walked in. The last photo is after my colorist tried to get some of the color out.

After - my hair is not only darker but has silver spots (I don't Have gray hair!)
