Burrata serves up authentic Italian cuisine including antipasto dishes, pasta entrees, salads and, of course, pizza. Dishes are prepared with imported Italian and locally-sourced ingredients. Specialty pizzas include the Burrata, prepared with wild mushrooms and chili flakes and the Parigi, with cognac onions and gruyere. For traditionalists, there is the classic Margherita pie. The restaurant also serves a selection of beer, wine and cocktails.
