Growing from my wonderful father's gutter and downspout business, AA Gutter which he formed in 1947, Building Technologies has grown to establish itself as a premier home remodeling and commercial contractor in the Upstate NY area. As the company evolved through education and field expertise, Building Technologies serves not only the residential market but also is licensed to complete work for the City of Rochester, County of Monroe and other organizations which offer remodeling and upgrade services to residents of their respective communities. Our staff at Building Technologies continues with its educational endeavors in the remodeling industry...keeping up with new technology for the benefit of our clients. Being in the remodeling business for over 40 years, we have seen many companies come and go. We are proud of our heritage in growth from a small mom and pop gutter company to a major remodeling firm.
