Building Equity Management LLL was formed by Michael Vinocur and Brian Reilly after a few veteran rental property investors approached them to manage their properties. Vinocur had previously had his own properties under third party management and had never been satisfied that outside management could do as good a job as he could. The 3rd party buildings created the critical mass to do a roll-up to support a full management infrastructure. From its inception, the firm's focus had been entirely on rental properties. However, a barrage of inquiries from co-op and condo boards let the company to expand into that space in 2014, where they have quickly been able to right the ship of buildings that had been mis- or under-managed for years.

We are a full service property management company specializing in mid-sized rental, co-ops and condominiums. We pride ourselves in combining a hands-on approach to management while employing the latest technological tools to streamline the business. As owners of multifamily buildings, we treat every client building as if it were our own. All documents for the buildings we manage are scanned and tagged to create a searchable cloud-based database that allows us to find any lease, bill, check, invoice, or closing statement from anywhere at anytime. Residents can pay their rent or common charges online with their payments immediately posted to their tenant/owner ledger.
