History
Brown Hound Bistro opened in 2005 in South Bristol, NY. Over a period of 10 years, we established the restaurant as a leading farm-to-table concept in the Finger Lakes. In 2016, we moved the Bistro to the Memorial Art Gallery and added our Bakery, Lounge and catering services.

There's something for everyone including our Country Style Benedict, our unique Stuffed French Toast, the bangin' South Bristol Burger, our incredible Bistro Salad and of course, our award-winning Dirty Harry with .357 rim salt!
