History

Grand Master Jiang Jian Ye immigrated from China and founded the Capital District Tai Chi and Kung Fu Association of New York in 1991. In 2011 he named long time student and protege Lucas Geller the successor to the school. The new name of the the school is the Chinese Martial Arts Academy. We have now moved to our new home located at 3A Johnson Rd, Latham NY 12110.
