HistoryOur not-for-profit arm goes back to a rural hospital association established in 1925. Our group purchasing organization (GPO) began over 70 years ago when the hospitals aggregated their purchasing to get better pricing. The GPO evolved into a regional organization and eventually became known as RRHA Joint Ventures Corporation. In 1994, we aligned with a national GPO and created Seagate Alliance.
