Simple country elegance, gather around the local artisan-made farm table, or a more intimate table for 2, and enjoy a full breakfast. My joy is to provide a nutritious and delicious locally sustained breakfast! Menu changes daily and with the seasons, and includes such favorites as 3 egg omelets, asparagus and smoked salmon with dill sauce, mushroom and cheese, savory or fresh berry filled crepes with a dollop of creme fraiche and lemon zest, baked french toast, banana pancakes, local taconic distillery bourbon maple syrup, fresh baked cranberry scones, frittatas, quiches, local bacon, local sausage, sweet potato hash, fresh fruit in season, and always the option of a simple yogurt with fruit and Sarah's local homemade granola. Greens and fresh herbs picked daily from my garden. Locally roasted fresh brewed Dutchess Coffee, and Harney Teas. Served daily from 730- 10
