In 1978, Big Apple opened for business with one truck servicing delicatessens in the Rochester area. As our customers' needs grew, so did our product lines to accommodate them. Today, 30 years later, we still service some of those same customers, as well as hundreds of other restaurants, pizzerias, sub shops and food service businesses. Our constant growth over the years is due to our team effort philosophy: "Help make our customers successful so that we can also be successful." We work together to solve today's food service needs in an ever-changing economy.
