We didn't choose this contractor - the person who sold us our apartment did and after this awful experience I will never use them again. The windows they installed are good, but good luck ever...

I called asking for repair, they asked me to send an email with images of the damaged windows which I did. Nobody ever called or wrote me back. Very unprofessional.
