History
Built in the style of a venetian palace designed by Artist John Eberhardt in 1956, and opened a Gay Guesthouse almost 57 years ago, the first exclusively Gay and gay owned & operated resort in the country. We are still under the same family ownership, and operated by Craig Eberhardt. The structure was under construction for almost 30 years, and is filled with theme rooms and many antiques. The walls and ceilings are adorned with Frescos and paintings by John Eberhardt.
