Since its opening in 1989, Beaver Hollow Conference Center and resort has earned a reputation as a world class meeting and conference facility among the International Association of Conference Centers. In 1987 Kodak was looking for a training facility in western New York. The company found a location in Java Center that had originally been built for Bethlehem Steel's Management and Labor Relations Retreats. Since Kodak did not want to get into the hospitality business they approached a local developer and asked him to develop the property as a first class conference center. Every year Beaver Hollow adds something new to the property, so that returning clients always have a fresh experience to look forward to. Service is the number one priority of its staff at Beaver Hollow and their enthusiasm to serve is something its clients of the resort appreciate. Beaver Hollow Conference Center is a accredited Member of the International Association of Conference Centers.
