This place is not closed. I was just there earlier today. Got the lotus leaf wrapped sticky rice for $3.50 each and they are excellent. I would say better than the ones you find at dimsum...

I might have found the best Lo Mai Gai in the city other than from Fay Da!! The only thing we don't love is that the chicken has bone inside, but I guess dark meat makes it more flavorful?
