Elected in 2009, Assemblyman David Weprin took the job of representing the 24th district from his brother, Mark Weprin, who left the state capitol in Albany (and his office in Little Neck) to run for city council.
The office handles all questions, concerns and requests for information from district constituents, who are encouraged to call ahead with inquiries. The office also helps connect constituents with their city council, state senate and congressional representatives.
Befitting a family with a long track record representing Northeastern Queens, pictures of Weprin, his brother, Mark, and father, former Assembly Speaker Saul Weprin, line the walls of the current Assemblyman's office.
