Join her in her kitchen or invite her to infuse you and your kitchen with Asempe! Asempe Kitchen offers traditional West African dishes, and works hard to provide adaptations for the western palate. With vegan and vegetarian options cooked with Canola, Corn, and Olive oils instead of Palm or Peanut Oils, Asempe, brings a fresh approach to West African cuisine.

For the more adventurous palate, Asempe Kitchen offers Moko, a signature hot sauce to allow the client to add more heat. Asempe Kitchen enjoys flirting with tradition by producing dips, curries, and stir-fries that are spin-offs of the froyi (stews) and nkwan (soups). Asempe Kitchen caters parties, receptions, and other food-related events. No event is too small. Just ask! Asempe Kitchen also offers an opportunity to cook and learn with Chef Kukua in her Eziban series where the participants create a different West African dish each time they sign up. This opportunity can be adapted for corporate team-building, student activities or dinner parties.
