Restaurateur Godfrey Polistina (known for New York City's Carmine's, Virgil's and Cesca) presents Arrosto, an Italian restaurant that uses farm-to-table ingredients. It specializes in grilled meats and seafood, Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas, house-made pastas and house-made desserts, which are available as individual plates and as a "shared style." The New York Times called Arrosto "a fresh and wonderful dining production."
