After working in the some of highest acclaimed kitchens in the world, Stephen Rosenbluth brought his talents to Long Island when he along with his wife Jennifer opened Anchor Down Seafood Restaurant in 2014. With the talents of Executive Chef Jason DeLeo, Anchor Down was instantly a success, it is loved by the locals and brings city slickers to the South Shore. Anchor Down Dockside was born when Stephen and his wife Jennifer Found a location which a perfect setting to serve traditional Long Island Style seafood in a tranquillity backyard type setting.
