History
The A&G stands for Ann and Glenn, the owner-operators of A&G's Fitter Faster Stronger, who are both Crossfit Level 1 and NASM certified. They started as personal trainers but new they had more to offer their clients than what 1 hour a week at the gym could offer. They started bringing their work home, converting their living room into a small studio space where they could work one on one with some of their more committed clients. Soon word of mouth spread and they had people coming over every day to work with them. It was only a matter of time before they took the leap and rented their own studio space. Since setting up shop on Astoria Blvd, Ann and Glenn have been serving their clients both intense workouts, but also flexible nutrition plans that can be tailored to cut fat or build muscle depending on your goals. Using a combination of strength training and aerobic conditioning, Ann and Glenn are committed to building a fitter, faster, stronger you!
