ACME is a New American Bistro located on Great Jones Street, in Manhattan’s Noho neighborhood. The seasonal menu showcases a variety of European flavors and techniques, but is quintessentially New York. Located in the heart of Noho, the restaurant was opened in January 2012 by Jean-Marc Houmard and Huy Chi Le of Indochine, and Jon Neidich in the space formerly occupied by the long-time Cajun mainstay ACME. While completely revamping the space and concept, the owners decided to keep the name and the facade, as a nod to the history of the neighborhood.
