ACCORD Corporation is a nonprofit community action agency located in Belmont, N.Y. Established in 1972, the organization employs more than 150 individuals. It helps to fight poverty in Allegany County, N.Y., and provides human services to individuals and families necessary to achieve self-sufficiency and economic security. ACCORD Corporation also helps to foster economic development and growth in the area. The organization offers domestic violence and family development services. It additionally provides child care, youth, and infant and child services.
