Abigail Kirsch is the exclusive caterer for Tappan Hill, out of which the company also operates its corporate headquarters. The stone mansion, once the estate of Mark Twain, provides a luxurious setting with views of the Hudson for corporate events, wedding and galas. Kirsch is an award-winning chef and author with over 30 years experience in the event planning and catering industry. The company, now with 300 employees and five other exclusive venues, is run by her son Jim Kirsch.
