What happens when you have a busy mom having to wait for a fitness class? The Hit Fit Club! A mother of two and an elementary school teacher, Jennifer made a recipe of convenience and a challenging workout.
Specialties
The Hit Fit Club's coaches are very creative in the design of their daily training programs. We use light weights, kettlebells, heavy bags, suspension trainers to develop your endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. Sessions are modified to any fitness level, from beginner to advanced, to offer a challenging training program.
