Molly's Crepe Escape, an on-slope mountain take-out restaurant and catering food truck, has been serving fresh, made-to-order Savory and Sweet CREPES in the Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico, Colorado, and throughout the Southwest since 2008. During the winter ski season, from Thanksgiving to April, we serve hungry skiers and riders on the slopes of the Taos Ski Valley at the base of lift six. During the summer months, we are on the road in our catering food truck at art, music, and community festivals in New Mexico and Colorado. We also cater events year-round!
