I left a large dealership so that I could give people a more one on one relationship and also give them onsite service so that it would be convenient. My client base has grown to the point where I don't advertise locally anymore do to the amount of word of mouth.

Update: barely 6 weeks later the fridge quit again. Our current repair guy in Houston (who DID fix the step) said Larry did a sloppy job, not tightening all screws and leaving exposed wires....
